Khinalig Tour

Khinalig Village in Guba is one of the famous destinations for tourists who visit Guba. The village is the highest and remotest village of Azerbaijan located in the Caucasian Mountains with an altitude of 2350 m above sea level. The population of the village is around 2000 people and they speak a language that is unique to them. Temperature varies from -20 to +18 from winter to summer. The road from Khinalig is mountainous, and the view is breathtaking. That is why you will stop also in several places to enjoy the view and take photos. After reaching the village you will have a short walking tour of the village.

The tour starts after picking up the guests from the hotel at 09:00 and head to Guba. Whenever we arrive at Guba our first stop will be at Guba’s handmade carpet factory which has been working for a long time. After watching how the women make carpets we will continue our tour and head to the Qachresh forest where we will see the amazing view of the forest which is tightly covered by a lot of trees. In the forest, we can have tea or lunch and after spending some time there we go to Khinalig village. The road leading to the village passes through the mountains and looks very amazing which attracts the mind.
